The design of the building is based on the function and the form is derived organically as the process goes on.

This structure represents the epitome of versatility, seamlessly blending various functions into a harmonious whole, enriching the cityscape with both form and function.

At first glance, the building's exterior captures the eye with its bold, contemporary design. This exterior not only exemplifies modern aesthetics but also sets the tone for what lies within.

Upon entry, one is enveloped in a world of possibilities. The ground floor is a bustling hub of activity, with vibrant storefronts and cafes that spill out onto wide, pedestrian-friendly sidewalks. Where people gather to socialize, shop, and savor culinary delights. This interplay between public and private spaces fosters a sense of community, breathing life into the urban environment.

A spacious 11,000⁺ sq.ft. Of amenity space is the key identity of the project, which makes difference to the users and their lifestyle.

The roof top amenity space has facilities according to age group and is accessible from all wings.

The planing of each wing is done in symmetry with circulation space at the centre.

The design incorporates large windows and balconies, providing panoramic views of the city skyline and a connection to the outside world.

What truly sets this mixed-use building apart is its adaptability. It's a testament to the transformative power of architectural innovation in shaping the modern urban landscape.

One cannot ignore the sustainable features integrated into the building's design. Solar panels adorn the roof, rainwater harvesting systems are discreetly incorporated, and energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems reduce the building's environmental footprint.
